what we do : ecotoursim
Ecotourism

Our eco tourism programme promotes Sri Lanka's natural heritage. All profits are used to support our conservation projects to protect and restore these special places. We have three main programmes:

Rainforest Tours
Kottowa, Kanneliya and Sinharaja forest reserves are three remnant rainforest patches with high biodiversity, near to Galle. Our rainforest tour programme guides visitors through these important areas allowing them to explore and learn about Sri Lanka's rainforest.

Belipola forest estate
This calm forest estate, off the beaten tourist trail, is a relaxing and welcoming environment. Once a working tea estate, the land has been transformed into a lush forest garden - conserving biodiversity and promoting sustainable agriculture production. Guests are able to explore the arboreturm, bird watch, learn about organic farming and Analog Forestry, take meals prepared with fresh ingredients from the garden, try our organic herbal teas and, most importantly, relax in the beautiful surroundings.

Galle ecomap
Galle is Sri Lanka’s Rainforest City and we want visitors to experience some of its wonders and treasures. Our map marks Galle's interesting and unusual natural heritages sites for your experience and enjoyment during your visit.
